Project

Our complete design service — from initial strategy through to construction documentation. We immerse ourselves in your brief, your space, and your life to produce a design that is architecturally precise and genuinely personal. Every drawing, every material specification, every detail is handled with care.

This service is suited to clients who want a complete, resolved design to hand to a contractor — including full technical drawings, material boards, furniture specifications, and lighting plans.

Design + Author's
Support

Everything in the Design Project package, plus our continued involvement throughout the construction phase. We attend site meetings, review contractor work, approve samples, and resolve the inevitable unexpected decisions that arise during a build — ensuring the finished space matches the designed intention.

This is our most comprehensive offering, and our recommendation for clients who want to achieve the highest level of quality and finish. The difference between a good interior and a great one is usually made on-site.

Our process.

Discovery & Strategy

We begin with a thorough conversation — understanding your brief, your budget, your timeline, and the less tangible things: how you live, what you love, how you want your home to feel. This becomes the foundation everything else is built on.

Concept & Vision

From the brief we develop a spatial concept — a design direction expressed through mood boards, references, material palettes and preliminary layouts. We present this to you, refine it together, and only proceed once the direction is right.

Design Development

The concept is developed into a complete design: 3D visualisations, technical drawings, full specification. Every decision — every material, every fixture, every dimension — is resolved and documented before construction begins.

360° Solutions

We work with a trusted network of contractors, suppliers and craftspeople across Portugal and Ukraine. We can coordinate the full project procurement — sourcing, ordering, and managing every component — or work alongside your own contractor.

Build & Realisation

During construction we maintain close oversight. For Author's Support clients, we attend site regularly, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure the quality of workmanship meets the design intent at every stage.

Handover

We complete the project with a final styling and snagging review — dressing the space, adjusting the details, and only signing off when the interior is exactly as it was designed to be. Your home, as it was imagined.
